How to use this product

To use Balance Activ BV Treatment Gel 14 Pack, follow these steps:

1. Preparation:

   • Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the applicator.

2. Application:

   • Remove one single-use applicator from the pack.

   • Twist off the cap at the narrow end of the applicator.

   • While lying down, standing with one leg raised, or in another comfortable position, gently insert the narrow end of the applicator into the vagina.

3. Release the Gel:

   • Squeeze the tube to release the gel into the vagina.

4. Dispose of the Applicator:

   • Once the applicator is empty, remove it and discard it. Do not reuse applicators.

5. Recommended Usage:

   • For treatment: Use one applicator daily for 7 days, preferably at bedtime.

   • For prevention or maintenance: Use one applicator daily for 2-3 days, or as needed.

6. During Pregnancy:

   • If using during pregnancy, insert the applicator gently and consult with your healthcare provider beforehand if you have concerns.

Note: For best results, avoid washing the vaginal area excessively with soaps or vaginal washes, as this may disrupt the natural pH balance. Always follow the product instructions and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

Returns Policy

Pharmadirect.ie are happy to accept unwanted goods that are unopened and unused within 14 days from date of delivery to our offices at 34 Main Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry, V93 XW63. All unwanted returns must be returned unused, in original packaging with your order sheet / number & name clearly displayed. 

Once goods are received, funds will be returned automatically if goods meet our required criteria. This will be confirmed by a member of our customer service team to you by phone or email.

For orders from the Island of Ireland over €60 with free shipping - €5.95 will be deducted from the amount refunded in order to cover shipping costs. For orders from outside the Island of Ireland over €150.00 the relevant shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit, Pharmadirect.ie will provide a replacement. Please contact us. within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues.

Please note that items that are used and opened will not be replaced and no refund will be issued.
